For more than two decades, I have had the pleasure of providing exceptional service to my valued customers at Mario Obregon State Farm Agency. Before becoming an agent, I held an administrative position where I took immense pride in assisting our customers in safeguarding their most precious assets with comprehensive auto, life, and home insurance coverage. The loyalty and referrals from our satisfied customers are a testament to the exceptional service they have come to expect from us. Outside of my work in the insurance industry, I find joy in spending quality time with my family, exploring my passion for cooking, and embarking on exciting travel adventures. Additionally, I actively engage in volunteer work within the community, furthering my commitment to making a positive impact.

As a Personal Lines Representative, I have a genuine passion for assisting customers with their insurance needs. Throughout the course of my career, I have developed a deep understanding of various service areas, including auto, homeowners, life, health, and commercial policies. Outside of work, my top priority is spending quality time with my loved ones and friends. Additionally, I find fulfillment by dedicating my time as a volunteer for a global organization that is committed to serving the community.

I've been with this agency for nearly four years and I absolutely love it! Let me tell you a little bit about myself: I was born in Guatemala but have a mixed heritage of Italian and Nicaraguan roots, making me a blend of cultures. At the age of 14, I moved to Miami, where I graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High. More recently, I completed my bachelor's degree in social work at FIU, so go Panthers! The skills I acquired as a social worker have proved invaluable in this industry. I take pride in actively listening to my customers and delivering top-notch customer service. With my experience in auto and home insurance in Miami, along with my 4-40 license, my main focus is on providing accurate car insurance quotes.

Hi! A little about myself:

I was born in Tifton, Georgia. I am bilingual. I got my associate degree in business from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. I have worked as a State Farm Agency sale and service representative for 17 years, but I have been with State Farm for 19 years now.

In Mario’s office, I am the remote service specialist who specializes in customer service. My job now is sorting and assigning tasks before the office opens to hopefully make life easier for everyone in the office. Some of my hobbies are:

I love to exercise and go for long walks or runs. I love to listen to music. I love to attend church with my children. I love to travel. I have been married for 21 years.

Personally. I love being a mother. I have three children, who all play soccer. I love going to their games, cheering them on from the sidelines, and seeing my son run in cross-country competitions.

I feel that I have a strong work ethic and have always been an extremely hard worker who has always tried to provide excellent customer service.

My name is Cristina Grille. I am Cuban, and I am glad to call this office home. After working in other industries all my life, I made the decision to change my career, and I couldn’t be happier. I have been in this office for almost two years, and I can say with confidence that we are all about personal and courteous service without exception. We take pride in providing personalized service to all our customers. I am a licensed customer service representative, and I make sure I do my most to provide the top service possible. I have a 32-year-old daughter who is married, so this makes my life easy. I work and play with my dog in my spare time. I consider myself a happy person who carries a smile and a positive attitude 100% of the time. I travel when possible and spend time with my family. The rest is up to life, so all I can say is that working with Mario and his team has been the greatest decision I’ve made.
